  1. Hakos Baelz ("Bae") (Hololive): A chaos deity in-lore, ancient, possibly can control probability. In-character is a memetic zoomer, can dunk on boomers, but gets dominated by Gen Alpha. Score: 9
  2. Skaven (Warhammer Fantasy): A technologically-advanced magical race who manage to bend even nuclear energy and some gods. Score: 9
  3. Mighty Mouse (20th Century Fox's Terrytoons): A small superhero comparable to Superman who faced many villains. Score: 8
  4. Gregory (Gregory Horror Show): A hell hotel host. Can control the dimension and can revive endlessly, though can be pushed around by some entities. Score: 8
  5. Jerry (Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer's Tom & Jerry): Effectively immortal thanks to toon logic and has displayed similar feats of strength. Score: 8
  6. Mickey Mouse (Disney): Outside of situational magical abilities, has corporate omnipresence and can copyright strike anyone out of existence. Score: 7
  7. Skillet and Mouse Fitzgerald ("Fitz") (12 oz. Mouse): 2D mouse gangsters. Skillet is an unhinged cyborg, while Fitz can cause massive destruction when drunk. Score: 7
  8. Speedy Gonzales (Looney Tunes): The fastest mouse in Mexico. Can run close up to but not at the speed of light. Score:7
  9. Pikachu (Pokemon): Ash's signature Pokemon. Outside of electric attacks, is surprisingly resilient and has defeated Legenday tier mons. Score: 7
  10. The Swarm (A Plague Tale: Innocence): Prima Macula's minions that come in nearly endless amounts. Can consume entire cities of people in a short time. Can also combine. Score: 7
  11. Master Splinter (TMNT): Mutated Ninjutsu grandmaster and philosopher. Score: 6
  12. Pariston Hill (Hunter X Hunter): Manipulate vice-chairman of the Hunter Association. His Nen abilities are unknown, but is one of the most intelligent characters in the series. Score: 6
  13. Hubert von Vestra (Fire Emblem: Three Houses): Edelgard's right-hand dark mage. Called a rat for his gloom gothic demeanor and working behind the scenes. Score: 6
  14. Bug-Eaten (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable): A pair of Stand users with the power of corrosive darts. Almost sniped away even someone like Jotaro Kujo. Score: 5
  15. The Brain (Pinky and Brain): A supergenius inventor who tries to take over the world, but every time fails due to some obvious oversight. Score: 5
  16. Conker (Conker's Bad Fur Day): Alcoholic psychopathic squirrel. Had defeated various enemies with weapons. Score: 5
  17. Reepicheep (Chronicles of Narina): A brave chivalrous swordsman. Is physically taken to Heaven without dying. Score: 4
  18. Peter "Wormtail" Pettigrew (Harry Potter): An animagus wizard and a Death Eater. While a coward, is capable of long-term planning. Score: 4
  19. Batetemoda (Healin' Good PreCure): A nutria and a temporary Byo-gen general. Cunning and tries to usurp Mega Byogen, but is killed off. Score: 4
  20. Monterey Jack (Rescue Rangers): An Indiana Jones-inspired adventurer. Has handled dangerous situations with tools. Score: 3
  21. Remy (Ratatouille): A master chef who can control humans by pulling their hair. Score: 3
  22. The Mouse King (The Nutcracker): Nutcracker's multiheaded arch-enemy who troubles Marie by eating her dolls. He and his army were eventually killed. Score: 3
  23. Rakushun (The Twelve Kingdoms): A hanjyuu scholar and is a friend of queen Youko. Score: 2
  24. Charles Entertainment Cheese (Chuck E. Cheese): Anthropomorphic restaurant mascot. Supposedly can induce childhood trauma. Sorry, Defunctionland fans. Score: 2
  25. Stuart Little (Columbia Pictures): Just a small anthropomorphic rat. Is believed by memes to be a sociopath who stole a human family for their money. Score: 2
  26. Nezumi-Otoko (GeGeGe no Kitaro): A greedy Yokai. Quite a coward, but can be resourceful when pushed. Score: 2
  27. Top Percentage Rattata (Pokemon): Youngster Joey's Rattata with a vague description. Rides on copypasta energy, though hacking shows it doesn't have better IV stats than an average Rattata. Score: 2
  28. Yuki Sohma (Fruits Basket): A normal human who is cursed to transform into a rat if hugged. Score: 2
  29. Flying Mouse (Mother 3): One of the early enemies in the game. Score: 2
  30. The rats (Rat Movie: Mystery of the Mayan Treasure): A mafia gang led by Giant Rat. Are looking for treasure but are greatly incompetent. Score: 2
  31. Captain Nezumi (One Piece): A Marine Captain who cooperates with pirates. Wields a gun, but is vastly under-powered for his rank. Score: 1
  32. Jaq, Gus and Mary (Cinderella): Just helpful mice, with an extreme talent in sewing. Score: 1
  33. deadmau5 (Canadian DJ): A real-life DJ in a mask. His distinct appearance has spawned some memes that he may appear anywhere. Score: 1
  34. Reggie Rat (Whygena_draws): A NSFW OC. Has no abilities other than making people want a brain bleach due to being memed on social media. Score: 1
  35. The Dormouse (Alice's Adventures in Wonderland): Just a sleepy mouse who is drunk on tea. Score: 1
  36. Cheesed To Meet You (Pepe the Frog): A meme rat version of Pepe. That's it. Score: 1
